Mypinkpal is a community for Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders (LGBTs) and friends from around the world. A place where you can interact and network through various means to make friends, chat about personal issues, share experiences, meet people from all over the world and build your own community of pinkpals.

As we developed MyPinkPal so did the idea of targeting ethnic communities of Muslim, Desi, and Asian pinkpals through pink zones. We see a lot of awareness of issues which affect the LGBT community and their rights and how we have progressed. To some extent this is true, but in actual fact what we don$rsquo;t see is as much coverage of issues that affect ethnic LGBTs and the experiences they face. For instance what does it actually mean to be lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender and Muslim? Muslim communities are so close knit and predominantly homophobic that it is unheard of to discuss any such issues openly.

It certainly isn$rsquo;t easy as having personally witnessed a close friend going through this I saw that in actual fact it can be very isolating. Therefore I thought to build a worldwide interactive platform for both LGBTs and LGBT friendly people from all religious and cultural backgrounds to network on a sociable and informative basis. So with all this in mind I put together MyPinkPal.com.
